Kodak Black Is Not Allowed In South Carolina

Local South Carolina outlet WYFF reports:

A rapper is banned from the state of South Carolina, except for court appearances, officials say.

Rapper Kodak Black was booked into the Florence County Detention Center on a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, 12th Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements said. No specific details on the arrest were available.

Dieuson Octave, 19, who recording name is Kodak Black, was booked into the detention center at 11:04 p.m. Monday, according to detention center records.

Kodak Black was released on bond Thursday and is back in Florida serving out the rest of his time on house arrest according to his attorney.
