Ice Cube is remaking an old classic, “Hollywood Squares,” but with a twist on it and renaming it “Hip Hop Squares,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“Hollywood Squares” ran for four decades and featured celebrity guests in a tic-tac-toe style game show.
The N.W.A rapper is partnering with VH1, which has already ordered 20 episodes of “Hip Hop Squares.” Ice Cube is set to executive produce the show with featured guests slated to include rappers, comedians and other entertainment stars.
In additional news Ice Cube will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as a member of the Class of 2017.
