Kenneth Montgomery who is Bobby Shmurda attorney spoke with XXL about the Brooklyn native along with 13 other members of their GS9 crew who were also charged with over 100 charges including attempted murder, conspiracy, assault and drugs and weapons charges.
Bobby Shmurda and GS9 member Rowdy Rebel both attended court today where the statements and surveillance video that led to Rowdy Rebel’s attempted murder charge was requested in court as well as paperwork from Bobby’s 2014 gun charge that was later dropped.
Rowdy and Shmurda’s bail still remains at $2 million and unfortunately hasn’t been able to receive any assistance from the label. Both will go to trial on June 25th.
