Big Uncle Snoop Dogg has announced that Universal Pictures is working on a movie about him. Allen Hughs of the Hughs brothers who directed Menace 2 Society and so many other classics is set to head the project with Wakanda Forever writer Joe Robert Cole on board for the script. It’s said to be the inagural film for Snoops Death Row Pictures. Snoop has has one extraordinary life and he himself is of course heavily involved with the project so expect something great from the biopic. From his days on the Two One to Wilshire Boulevard at the Death Row Building to his compound now in Inglewood, Snoop undoubtedly has too many stories to tell from his time in the game and it’ll be dope to see what’s included, what’s left out, what’s factual and what’s fabricated. East Coast vs West Coast, the No Limit days, coming back to owning Death Row, this joint could be four hours easy so it’s definitely gonna be an experience just writing it.
