More L’s in the culture as we lost two individuals that shared their greatness with us in the culture. Rapper Hurricane G, real name Gloria Rodriguez has died at 52 years old from complications of lung cancer. She shared a daughter with legend Eric Sermon and impacted fans and the culture at large with her voice, charisma and personality. Tributes are going around on social media from her peers in Hip Hop as well as fans. She was always live and in color, rest up Hurricane G. We also lost Tame One, half of the influential underground Hip Hop group The Artifacts. He was also a part of the collective the Weathermen in the early 2000’s. His mother broke the news on Facebook, alluding to heart failure as the possible cause of death, though it’s unclear at this time. We just wanna give condolences to family friends and fans, and say thank you and rest in peace to Hurricane G and Tame One.
