The trailer for the House Party reboot dropped this week. The original film starring the legendary Kid n Play came out in 1990 and spawned two sequels. It’s truly classic Hip Hop material. The new joint is produced by LeBron James and directed by LA’s own Calmatic, who is also putting together the White Men Can’t Jump remake. This film stars Jacob Latimore and Tosin Cole as Kevin and Damon, two up and coming club promoters who decide to throw a party at Lebrons mansion after learning he is out of town during a home cleaning assignment. This iteration of the franchise looks just as fun as it’s predecessors and has cameos left and right. Check for the new House Party in theaters January 2023.
