Atlanta rapper Future has enjoyed an impressive commercial run dominating the mainstream Hip Hop scene for much of the 2010s. While the wins keep piling up, Pluto rarely takes a step back to bask in his success.
However, over the weekend, the RIAA honored Future with a special plaque for passing 95,000,000 million units sold throughout his career to this point.
“95 million,” the award’s presenter said, which drew a roar from the crowd. “That in our program history — our program is 65 years old — is an amazing and rare feat. We are so enormously proud of you and so grateful to be with you today to celebrate this enormous milestone.”
