Boosie Pleaded Not Guilty To Gun Charges In A San Diego Court

Boosie has pleaded not guilty to a San Diego gun charge that he caught while filming a music video.

According to The San Diego Union-Tribune, Boosie (real name Terrance Hatch) pleaded not guilty on Monday (May 15) at a court hearing in the Southern California city.

Two defense attorneys that are representing Boosie Badazz declined to issue a statement on the latest developments in the case after his arraignment. An additional person who was arrested with Boosie wasn’t charged in regards to the incident.

Boosie Badazz is free on $50,000 bail. If he’s convicted of the gun charge, he faces up to three years in prison.

Prior to his not guilty plea, the Baton Rouge rapper told San Diego PD to “suck my dick” while playing a show in SD.

According to WBRZ-TV, the 40-year-old was taken to San Diego County Jail on May 6 and booked on a total of four charges.

These included felon in possession of a firearm, concealed carry weapon in a vehicle, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and unlisted owner of a registered firearm.

He was reportedly filming a music video with local rapper Bully Three at the time of his arrest. The pair previously collaborated on a song called “How You Wanna Play It?”
