This season, Chinx’s legacy lives on with the inaugural collection from his YAY streetwear line, which got its name from a lyrical catchphrase that encouraged youths to rise above.
The debut collection is comprised of streetwear staples for both men and women. Graphic hoodies, varsity jackets, jerseys, snapbacks, and joggers, most of which are adorned with bold, but wearable, YAY branding are all available.
“Anyone that knows Lionel knows he’s always been fashion forward,” Chinx’s wife Janelli Pickens said. “The release of the Fall/Winter collection allows us to introduce his dream of a clothing line to the masses. We will continue to evolve the line. Bringing his dreams to fruition and build his brand with the support of his fans, is our goal.”
